Tropical fruit and pear are supported by bright acid in our first ever Blanc de Pinot Noir. The nose has some champagne characteristics though this is a still wine. Pressed immediately, allowing no skin time, this wine was fermented with a champagne yeast and has no residual sugar.
Our favorite five barrels from the 2014 vintage, the Heritage showcases our Vista Hills Pinot Noir 777 clone from Block C. This reserve quality, extremely small production wine shows dark fruit and a complex mouthfeel.
The 2013 Skyraider offers an expansive bouquet, fit with sandalwood and chile peppers. On the palate, fresh raspberry gives way to savor, grassy elements. Arguably one of our most complex offerings to date.
Fermented using 90% whole cluster, our 2014 Skyraider is dark fruit driven with Damsen plum undertones.
